Whipper-Clipper is proud to introduce our newest product: The Whipper-Clipper bag holder.

Helps you bag leaves, grass, and other yard waste with ease. Ordinary bag holders just don't work with the 30 gallon paper bags required for yard waste by many municipalities. The Whipper-Clipper bag holder is designed specifically to match the height and opening width of those bags.
